PLAN Configurator

PLAN is a digital tool that enables municipalities and property developers to present spatial plans to residents in an understandable way. During participation evenings, it visualises adjustments directly in real time within a photorealistic 3D environment featuring scanned data. This allows residents to immediately see the effect of their input, leading to greater trust and engagement. PLAN aligns with the participation requirement under the Dutch Environment and Planning Act (Omgevingswet). It enables authorities and initiators to communicate plans transparently and clearly, involving citizens at an early stage in spatial decision-making.
